2022 Chardonnay, Domaine d'O, Haut Vallee de l'Aude
The chardonnay reveals a beautiful light and golden color. On the palate, Citrus notes on the palate - particularly mandarin - then almond and vanilla finishing with a pronounced minerality. Well Elegant, balanced, harmonious and very, very drinkable. In fact, drink it with just about anything.
