And alongside, an aromatic 2023 Blanc de Blancs 2023 blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Vermentino, and zippy, fabulously refreshing Une Belle Histoire 100% Vermentino, where the subtle spritz of pétillance bursting with orchard fruit on the palate is 100% invigoration.
