ABOUT THIS WINE
New to Mr.Wheeler this month, is the Domaine dO Blanquette de Limoux. When we tried this in the office a few months ago it instantly put a smile on all our faces. Refreshing green fruit works in harmony with floral, honeyed aromas which are all gracefully held together by the smoothest of mousses.
About the producer:
Dating back to 1126, Château Canet was taken on by the Lemstra-Bake family in 2007. The estate, close to Carcassonne, has traditionally been a producer of Minervois, but has recently added a range of delicious single varietals from the nearby Limoux region.
