The blossoming reputation of English still wines in the market shows that home-grown quality doesn't always have to sparkle to dazzle. Indeed, one brighter star of this show is undoubtedly the Bacchus varietal. England's most popular white grape, and one in which more and more sauvignon blanc lovers are enjoying as a thrillingly crisp, refreshing alternative. A delicious alternative locally made. It's why we also offer English white wines from our own Essex county, and from an award-winning, 3rd-generation-run producer farming 50h now under vine and boasting a newly built winery on site. From grape to glass, local English terroir expression to ensure this blossoming reputation continues to flourish.
