Fine White Burgundy

It’s no secret that we’re big Burgundy fans here at Mr.Wheeler. After all, this is where chardonnay reaches its absolute peak, and where the world’s finest white wines are made. On the Côte d’Or, of course. Which is also where prices for region’s more famous appellations and villages continue to creep ever upwards. However, there is still exceptional value to be found in Burgundy beyond the Côte d’Or. Look a little further afield, to the north in Chablis, and to the Mâconnais further south.
