ABOUT THIS WINE
The Baccolo from Puglia is an established favourite of mine, providing an exquisite every day quaffing white wine of quality.
The grapes are picked and dried in the sunshine to give them extra ripeness and body without reducing the acidity. It also has a touch of garganega grapes in the blend, so you will enjoy the crisp fruitiness of the sauvignon, then the delights of the garganega to give it both weight and structure.
