A classic regional blend of all three permitted varieties, pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay. The fine, persistent fizz releases delicate aromas of pear, quince and honeysuckle. The palate follows suit with flavours of baked apple, brioche and citrus notes with a delicate creamy finish. A genuinely terrific value champagne with no compromise in quality.

Pinot noir and pinot meunier, the latter does well in the soils around the village. This is such an elegant Champagne that punches way above its weight, lovely mousse and it has developed a mellow, biscuity, and a creamy complexity to it. The balance of fruit and acidity is spot on.
