Chambolle-Musigny, with its elegance and perfume, works very well with the Jaffelin winemaking style. Striking purity and balance here with bright, aromatic cherry and wild strawberry aromas. Just the right weight and texture on the palate – no hard edges, with a luscious mouthfeel and just a hint of woodsmoke and spice from 16 months in barrel. Burgundian pinot noir at its best.
