A great introduction to Philippe’s House style, this Bourgogne Côte d’Or is produced with no new oak to promote clean, fresh, pure flavours - and it achieves that goal. Fresh, rounded with a deliciously juicy style, this is so delicious right now, it will be hard to keep it any longer than a year or two - but it could improve with a couple of years in the bottle.
