A mix of fruit from Nuits-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny, now with Hautes-Côtes fruit to impart freshness, the 2020 Bourgogne Grand Chaillots has a slightly earthy, ash-tinged bouquet that takes time to unfold. The palate is medium-bodied with tart red fruit, touch of marmalade and quince with a fresh but not long finish.
