A meticulous blend of selected grenache (70%), syrah (15%), rolle (vermentino, 10%) and cinsault (5%) fruit from both estate terroirs and the greater AOP. Controlled temperatures at vinification harness full aromatic potential while extracting a subtle spectrum of delicate flavours.
