The palate it perfectly balanced offering an intense raft of sweet, dark berries and spice, raisins cinnamon a hint of warming oak, clove and mocha. That rich, concentrated, dark-forest fruit doesn't become cloying, balanced as it is by a punctuating mouth-cleansing tannic grip,  on the very lengthy, complex finish.

Serve with a lavish roast, game pie with a rich gravy or a simple hearty stew and you'll be in heaven. Or simply whilst sat in your favourite chair in front of a crackling log fire. Perfect.
