50% whole bunch vinification, and 25-30% new wood. A deeper crimson purple. The fruit swells on the bouquet, ripe cherry style, dominating the whole bunch element. A notable sweetness of fruit then freshened up with the white pepper tingle. Deep red cherry with a little strawberry, plump fruit right across the palate, very well balanced with impressive density. Medium plus persistence.
