Brut Cuvée Prestige 'Blanc de Noirs', Michel Guilleminot, Champagne

My family, Johnny and I are Pinot Noir enthusiasts and very passionate about our family vineyards in Champagne. My sister, brother and I represent the 4th generation and continue to grow and produce our top level champagne Brut Cuvée Prestige, ensuring its great character and individuality. This is the highest quality champagne Guilleminot produces which eclipses many of the well-known Champagne brands.

This single-grower champagne is made from 100% pinot noir, and grown, produced and bottled by the Guilleminot family.
 
Our house champagne Brut Tradition Cuvée ages three years in our cellars before being released, but our Prestige Cuvée is a step up with an extra two years - five years of bottle age! There is still a lovely fruit character from the pinot noir but with greater richness and depth of yeasty, toasty character. Often the winner in blind tasting against any of the well-known 'grandes marque' champagne houses.
