From a selection of the village’s best 1er crus, vinified separately, and then assembled after maturation – partly aged in clay amphorae which Frédéric feels bring a purer, more harmonious character to his wines. Dark, rich and pronounced, with weight, bramble-fruit, and an alluring autumn-bonfire smokiness. Drink 2023 - 2030.
