From this small, family-operated property in the Côte des Bar region of Champagne's extreme south-east, here are lifted floral, citrus and brioche aromas for a palate that bursts with juicy, mouth 'watering red-berry and zesty citrus flavours, all wrapped in delicate, creamy mousse, and all crafted from 100% estate' grown pinot noir. A sumptuous blanc de noirs that's been vinified, aged on lees for three years and disgorged in-house,thus offering champagne lovers the purest expression of le méthode champenois.
