About the producer:
Established in Aÿ nearly 200 years ago, Bollinger is the only Champagne house which has its own cooperage to produce and maintain oak barrels for its wines. Some of these barrels have been in service for over 100 years and as a result impart only the most delicate of influence on the wines they hold.
