ABOUT THIS WINE
For the first time, Mr.Wheeler offers the latest release of Château Minuty, a Provençal original since 1936 and today indisputably one of the most esteemed rosé brands in the world. More specifically, their new 2023 Minuty M cuvée (in bottles and magnums) made by fourth-generation famille Matton-Farnet at their luxurious estate amidst the hillside villages overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Here, the essence of the Provençal style: crisp, refreshing, delicate, beautifully balanced, pale- salmon-hued blends bursting with lively red summer-berry fruit, nuanced with a hint of spice, and leading to a long, invigorating finish. Invigoration the rosé drinker will find irresistible.
Tasting Note
In its distinguished, skittle-shaped bottle designed in the 60s by Monique Matton-Farnet, 'M' is a fragrant blend of grenache (60%), cinsault (30%) and syrah (10%) for a fabulously versatile rosé that goes beautifully with olives, tapas, summery salads, salade niçoise, grilled sardines and all seafood.
