A wine of great expression, intense purplish colour with floral notes, red fruits and black fruits. Soft chocolate and mocha. Ripe tannins and balanced acidity, with a round long finish. Suggested pairing: prosciutto, red meat, pastas with Bolognese sauce, mushroom risotto, Grana Padano cheese.
