ABOUT THIS WINE
Intense ruby red colour, with notes of fresh sweet pepper and spice, chocolate and mocha. Balanced acidity, with excellent structure and ripe tannins. Very intense in the mouth with a great persistence. A wine with great storage potential. Suggested pairing: asparagus, goat cheese, chicken with curry, ham pizza, porcini and mushrooms.
