2022 Rock Angel Rosé, Château d'Esclans, Provence (Magnum)
Rock is a serious rosé more akin to a good white burgundy. Hand crafted entirely by Château D'Esclans, Rock is partly barrel-fermented to add richness and texture, and made in small quantities. It has magnificent subtle fresh fruit flavours, just the right amount of body and a long fine finish. An exquisite rosé if ever there was one.
