The De Wetshof Bon Vallon Chardonnay is grown in rocky gravel soils packed with limestone and clay. This unoaked wine has delicate aromas of lemon, honeysuckle blossom and peach. Time ageing on its lees gives it lovely body and an elegant nutty flavour on the finish.
