"I’ve enjoyed this traditional method sparkler many times before and I love its multi-layered complexity. Made from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay (matured in both steel and wood) and using a considerable amount of reserve wines, it’s creamy and toasty with a fine mousse and a long finish."
