Crafted from fruit grown mostly in Brochon, a commune that, apart from Côtes de Nuits Village, can also produce Gevrey, Fixin and Bourgogne rouge - everything bar its own appelation! What does this one tastes like? Glorious! Dark, rich, juicy, mouthfilling with a beautifully-judged, delicately grippy structure. Yum!
