Hope Vineyard Pinot Blanc is an ideal alternative for Chardonnay lovers and Alsace fans. Pinot Blanc is becoming fashionable and winemakers Andrew and Jenny Wheeler hand craft one of the best - it is complex with flavours of almond and citrus with spice notes from barrel fermentation. Influenced by the cool Nelson climate, it offers a fine line of acidity on the long finish.

The pinot blanc variety is a rarity in New Zealand (only 10-hectares are planted across the country) and this superb example is made from a 40-year old single vineyard, making it even more extraordinary.
