2023 Forager White Blend, Western Cape

The winemaker Mike Graham has honed his skills over forty harvests. As a result he has acquired a unique ability to 'forage' parcels of grapes from different vineyards, barrels and batches which are later blended to make his delicious Forager wines. With 78% chenin blanc and 22% grenache blanc, the nose is reminiscent of apricot and peach with hints of lychee and cardamon. On the palate, citrus and stone fruit is followed by subtle oak influences and punchy lime acidity. This perfectly balanced wine is medium to full bodied and has a long, dry finish.
