  • How do I join the Points Programme?

    C Just create an account as a user on www.mrwheelerwine.com and you'll automatically be enrolled in our Points Programme.
    Already have an account? Great news, then you’re already in.What’s more, we’ve since awarded you bonus points to get your programme started, so do check your balance.

  • How do I earn points?

    It’s easy. Just login into your Mr.Wheeler Account whenever you’re ready to shop, and that’s it – you’re now ready to start earning.
    If instead you prefer to place your orders by phone, don’t worry you’ll still receive the same points for your purchases as you would online.
    Then, for extra points, write an online review of your purchase or get a friend to create an account and order (see FAQ #4), and we’ll award your Account accordingly.
    We’ll soon be introducing even more ways to collect points, so check back regularly for new ways to earn!

  • What are points worth?

    It’s simple: two points a pound. So, spend £100 and you’ve just bagged 200 points. That’s worth £2.
    Choose to redeem your points against your next purchase and you’ll get that £2 knocked off. Spend £500? That’s 1000 points – £10 off.
    Or, save up your points instead to enjoy even bigger future savings.

  • How do I refer a friend to Mr.Wheeler’s Points Programme?

    To refer a friend, login into your online account, then click on the Points section where you’ll find a referral link. Now send this to your chosen friend or friends. Once they click the link and place an order, you’ll immediately receive 2000 points worth £20.
    Better still, by becoming a new Mr.Wheeler customer, that friend too gets 2,000 points to put towards any future purchases.

  • Where can I see how many points I have?

    Just login to your account and you’ll immediately see how many points you’ve accrued so far. Alternatively, call us on 01206 713560 and we’ll be happy to update you.

  • I’ve logged into my account, but why aren’t my points aren’t showing?

    It’s possible that you have two accounts with us but under different email addresses. Should this be the case, then we’ll be more than happy to combine these accounts for you. Just contact us on 01206 713560 or email hello@mrwheelerwine.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Which products can I redeem my points against?

    You can redeem your points against any products or tasting event tickets featured on the www.mrwheelwine.com website, or indeed against any items you wish to purchase from our shop.
    Please note, however, that points cannot be used to offset delivery charges. For more information, see our terms of delivery.
    And again, if you tend to place your orders by phone, we’ll ensure any points you wish to cash in are put against those purchases, too.

  • Do my points have an expiry date?

    No. So long as you keep your account with us open, you can always redeem your accumulated points against any purchases.

  • How soon after purchase are my earned points added to my account?

    As soon as you make a purchase, your newly earned points automatically register in your account.
    Friend-referral points can take up to 24 hours; for points earned via product and/or service reviews, we just need to verify the reviews you submit before crediting your account accordingly.

  • Can I earn points on my www.mrwheelerfinewine.com account as well?

    No. Mr.Wheeler Points are earned only through purchases made on www.mrwheelerwine.com.
