2022 Mâcon Uchizy, Domaine Talmard
Beautifully weighted; balanced, fruitforward in style, deliciously moreish. Slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks has retained a purity of fruit, where extra time on lees imbues a greater depth of flavour and delicate texture in the palate. Unoaked for a of pronounced citrus, melon and peach, with a backdrop of delicate tropical fruit.

2022 Domaine Séguinot-Bordet Chablis
One of the purest expressions of the chardonnay grape you will find - vinified in stainless steel to bring the maximum freshness and aroma, then matured on its lees for nine months to add richness and texture. Crisp and refined, with a seaspray, mineral freshness, floral notes, intense white fruit, and a long, impressive finish. Classy, classic Chablis.

2022 Village Montagny, Vignerons de Buxy
This Village Montagny is made with the same care and attention to detail as their Premier Cru wines - Les Chaniots and Les Coères - and is a blend from grapes grown across their Montagny vineyard plots. A lovely, light golden shimmer in the glass, with vibrant aromas and stone-fruit. The palate follows suit with ripe exotic stone-fruit, citrus and an elegant, herbaceous, almost spicy edge and a good length to the finish. The resulting wine is wonderfully fruity, rounded, and pure Burgundian in character.
