Three wines supplied in a Wooden Gift Box.
2020 Pauillac
"The oldest red here, but still very deep in colour perhaps the biggest, most serious wine of the range. Five years maturation adds a notable polish to the striking cassis fruit with secondary notes of cedar and spice gradually emerging. This is benchmark Pauillac with an appealing combination of ripe black fruit flavours and fine grained tannins. Real poise and presence here, with a rich, chewy finish." (previous vintage)
2021 Saint-Julien
"Another very pretty, expressive 2021 with pronounced blackberry and plum aromas and an underlying green-leaf freshness. Positively glowing, with attractive perfume, warm, sweetish autumn-berry intensity and subtle herbaceous notes. A little more merlot here than the other medoc appellations- with luscious texture and no hard edges. Finishes with a dash of smoky spice and appealing chewy richness."
2021 Pomerol
"The latest addition to the range, and a very worthy one. Lots going on here in this fine expression of Pomerol deep, dark and profound with striking spiced black plum and damson fruit and an exotic, ethereal perfume. Plump and plush in texture with fine tannins, and layers and layers of flavour blackberry, mocha, grilled meat, roasted coffee and spice. Absolutely singing."
