Seductive flavours of baked apple, breakfast pastry and juicy apples. A perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. Here, a mouth-puckering bite and edge developing, then gracefully countered with a soft, smooth, mousse-like finish. Exquisite. The perfect aperitif, but also excellent with fish and chips, lobster, hot smoked-salmon, and scallops.
