Domaine Croix des Marchands

Gaillac isn’t widely seen in Britain, but is hugely popular in France – if you haven’t tried it before we highly recommend giving it a go. Close to Toulouse, Gaillac is more South-West than Languedoc, with whites made from muscadelle and mauzac, and reds from syrah, cabernet and duras. Croix des Marchands’ winemaker Jerome Bezios is very highly regarded in the region.
