Where here, Courtois’ meticulously tended, mere six hectares of vines produce a consistently elegant champagne punching well above its weight. Wonderfully fresh, with an enviable complexity of flavour and length, theirs is a vibrant, detailed, simply irresistible fizz.
Tasting Note
The fine, persistent fizz releases delicate aromas of pear, quince and honeysuckle. The palate follows suit with flavours of baked apple, brioche and citrus notes with a delicate creamy finish. A genuinely terrific value champagne with no compromise in quality.
